FLIGHT TRAINING
You have a number of options available when learning to fly, adding an instrument rating, a commercial rating or an endorsement to your license. Each of these requires a significant investment in time, energy and financial resources. One of the most significant decisions that you must make is deciding on an instructor. Before you make this decision please read the following article by Rod Machado and be sure to ask any potential flight instructor the questions that he outlines. These questions can be framed for any rating or endorsement that you may seek and I’d encourage you to ask me these questions as part of your decision-making process.
I have specialized in Technically Advanced Aircraft training and transition training for Garmin GPS units; GNS 480, GNS 430W, GNS 530W, G1000, Avidyne and Bendix King and I regularly provide initial and advanced pilot training in a wide range of aircraft.
Based on my years of experience, both in the classroom and the airplane, it is absolutely clear that personalized training that includes flight simulation is the most effective way to teach the skills required to learn to fly or learn new aviation skills. For this reason I have opened a simulator training center to accomplish these goals which offers the Redbird SD Advanced Aviation Training Device. To learn more click here.

Non-Pilot Flying Skills Course
Not a rated pilot, but you spend a great deal of time in the right seat of an airplane. Would you like to be able to assist the pilot in case of an emergency? Handle the radio and other avionics in the airplane? We have a program that will provide the non-flying passenger with the skills and confidence to assist the pilot in the event they are incapacitated or need assistance in the event of an extraordinary situation.
